Scrambled  Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 egg
  • 50g oats

Preparation:

  1. Smash the banana in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats and egg, mix well.
  3. Drizzle some oil into a pan and pour in your mixture. Flatten it out like a pancake.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Once golden on one side, break up the mixture and scramble it with a spatula.
  6. Keep cooking for another 2-3 minutes until golden.

Tips:

Best served with yogurt and berries. You can also add cinnamon and maple syrup.
