Baked Salmon & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

1 salmon fillet
1 small sweet potato (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
2.Toss the sweet potato with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Place salmon on a baking tray, season, and bake everything for 15-20 minutes.
