Ingredients

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain, non fat)
¼ cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
2 tbsp of almonds (chopped)
1 tbsp of honey (optional)

Preparation

1. Layer Greek yogurt with mixed berries and chopped almonds in a bowl or jar.
2. Drizzle with honey if desired.
