1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup asparagus, trimmed
Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil
Preparation
1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
2. Grill or bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes.
4. Sauté asparagus in a little olive oil until tender.
5. Serve salmon with asparagus and a side of quinoa.
