Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- ¼ cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp feta cheese (optional)
Preparation
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread hummus over the center
- Layer with spinach, grilled chicken, carrots, plain yogurt and feta cheese
- Roll it up tightly, cut it in half, and enjoy it.
