Grilled Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • ¼  cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese (optional) 

Preparation

  1. Lay the tortilla flat and spread hummus over the center
  2. Layer with spinach, grilled chicken, carrots, plain yogurt and feta cheese
  3. Roll it up tightly, cut it in half, and enjoy it.
