Welcome to my blog; I am Susan Mabauwa, a wife and a mom of 3 boys. This platform is dedicated to engaging with fellow mothers on various topics relevant to our shared experiences. 

 

Have you experienced postnatal depression, similar to my own journey?

Within this blog, I delve into health and wellness issues and offer practical tips that have assisted me in shedding postpartum weight. While I am still on my journey to reach my desired weight, my goal is to reclaim my pre-pregnancy body. 

 

My aspiration is to empower at least one mother to embrace self confidence. To this end, I have initiated a challenge aimed at encouraging healthy choices and facilitating a manageable workout routine for mothers seeking to regain their pre-pregnancy physique; the challenge is called BKB (Before Kids Body). 

Although I am not a fitness expert, adopting a healthier lifestyle has enabled me to shed weight and restore my emotional well-being.
