Ingredients

1 Banana
½ cup greek yogurt
½ cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 handful spinach
½ cup of frozen berries
1 tsp honey (optional)

Preparation

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
2. Pour into a glass and enjoy
