Ingredients
1 zucchini (spiralised into noodles)
10 shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (minced)
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
½ lemon (juiced)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute garlic
2. Add shrimp, cook until pink (about 3 minutes)
3. Toss in zucchini noodles, season, and stir for 2 minutes
4. Squeeze lemon juice over and serve.
